Dear colleagues, members and non-members of MASSEE,
We have the pleasure to inform you that the Cyprus Mathematical Society and the Mathematical Society of South-Eastern Europe are organizing the 38th Balkan Mathematical Olympiad – BMO 2021. The 38th Balkan Mathematical Olympiad – BMO 2021 will be held Online at Distance from the 6th to the 10th of September 2021, and the Host Organizer of the Olympiad is the Cyprus Mathematical Society (CYMS). The contest will take place on Wednesday, 8th of September 2021.
On behalf of the Cyprus Mathematical Society and the BMO 2021 Organizing Committee, we kindly invite your country to participate in BMO 2021 with a team of up to six students, a leader and a deputy leader. Students must have been born after 7 May 2001 and must be secondary school students.
According to the decision of MASSEE Council of 25 May 2021 all non member country participants in BMO 2021 ONLINE will pay some participation fee. The participation fee will be decided by the Cyprus Math Society Board and will be indicated in the next announcement.

The deadline to express your interest is 6 August 2021.
More information regarding BMO 2021 will be send to you at a later stage. You will be able to find information soon in the sites www.cms.org.cy and www.massee-org.eu.
